Presso Smartshot Black - free milk whisk

Two weeks have gone by and I don't have my product, nor has there been any helpful response from company or courier about where it's at.

I love this product, and my wife loves it more because it's not a huge ugly machine that sits in the kitchen as it easily stores totally out of the way. It makes great coffee and the only drawback is I need to put it in the microwave for a few moments to heat it up to drinking temperature, but other than that it's absolutely a keeper.

I am really impressed with the simplicity of the machine and the quality of the coffee it brews. The Smartshot allows for the use of a simple blade grinder while still achieving really nice espresso shots. You can use pre-ground coffee (for drip makers) but I find that a little bit coarser than espresso grind makes the perfect shot.

Love it. For beginners like me who don't want a lot of fuss but want a good tasting latte or cappuccino. Awesome. I wish it had a little heavier base so it doesn't move and was just a tad taller for a little larger cup. Otherwise perfection. So simple and so easy to clean. So easy to make and use this device. And I didn't have to spend a lot of money. I did end up buying an arrow Chino frother. And I'll have this for years. I can see maybe down the road the only thing I'll ever need to replace is the rubber underneath. And that will be a long time from now. Very very happy with this. And especially happy that I can make it healthy. I picked my own coffee which is organic. I used my own organic milk and different flavors which are also organic without chemicals. Priceless

I am surprised at how well the ROK Presso Smartshot constantly gives me an excellent well balanced cup of Esspresso. Expect to be wowed. This coffee tool is not meant to replace the espressos from higher priced machines but gives you the ability to create a well balanced and very tasty cup og java without the high price.

In my book, this is a must have as an added easy process for quick cup.
