Warranty
The conditions below describe the conditions and scope of our warranty.
We warrant that our products shall be free from functional defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, if any product is found to be defective, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge or provide replacement parts to you for self-fitting.
The Warranty Period for component parts fitted ends with the expiration of the warranty on the product as a whole.
This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide the order number, photos of the issue, proof of purchase and notify us in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We may require the return of the defective product for inspection and verification of the claimed defect.
This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear. The warranty will not extend to fragile items such as glass or cosmetic parts, or for components subject to wear and tear as part of their function (for example silicone O rings, silicone seals or grinder burrs) that require renewal at intervals.
This limited warranty also does not extend to minor variances from nominal features which are of no significance to the product's value or fitness for purpose, or for damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical effects of water or by exceptional environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, or the product having come into contact with unsuitable materials.
This limited warranty also does not cover damages resulting from any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the product or from the use of unauthorized spare parts, extras, or accessories.
OUR SOLE WARRANTY TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD TO YOU IS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND FOR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED.
IN NO CASE SHALL WE, OUR PARENT, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OUR PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
