Small Issue - Resolved in a timely manner!

I had a small issue with my smartpresso (the box was pretty damaged and the portafilter was subsequently damaged upon arrival).

I contacted ROK and they helped fix the situation promptly. I’m happy that they were so helpful!

I previously had a lower rating but this puts it right back up!

Please make one of these for the EspressoGC!

This looks awesome and I want one for my EspressoGC! I think it could also help my scale sit more evenly inside my EspressoGC (the ridges make it hard to fit a scale level under my shot).

Works perfectly,fits great! Not worried about cups or stains on tbe base. It washes easily enough and I find it a great addition to the ROK presses I own-
