Grinder doesn't work. Customer service wants me to get out my tools

Red the return policy before you buy. Yeah, what a piece of junk. Never worked. Customer service wants me to fix it myself. It just spins and no grounds come out. Didn't even get to try the press. Didn't waste your money

The grinder is beautifully made and a joy to use and with the new smartshot basket in place makes the perfect cup of coffee.

I found the ROK Grinder was better than Niche Zero (at over twice the RRP) in both taste and extraction. I used Linear Binary Patterns (LBP) to describe the particles, and then I used K-means Clustering to classify them. The ROK grinder produces better grounds above 500 microns than the Niche Zero.
