Kit is good, HORRIBLE shipping, non-existent customer service

The kit works fine and does improve the performance of the ROK, but brace yourself for shipping taking two weeks or more, with daily “updates” of the time of arrival, and non-existent communication from ROK: they did not answer any of my emails regarding shipping delays….

GC Upgrade

Just upgraded my ROK to the New GC Kit and I love it. So much easier to use.

Great idea to be able to upgrade from original ROK presso to latest ROK GC espresso. Got my upgrade but had difficult getting the old water chamber out. Rok sent me a video showing me options of how to remove it. Worked a treat. Very easy to install the upgrade. Very happy with it all. Thank you ROK
