They took my money, Never received my order

I ordered this product 20 days ago. The product shipped, but it never arrived. Apparently ROK is using OnTrac to ship their products. OnTrac is notoriously bad. I have reached out to ROK and OnTrac but have not gotten any resolution so I am out my of money and no products to show for it.

Great equipment that really takes coffee to the next level and excellent service.

A great company & products, this is my personal opinion & unbiased as I have via personal purchase bought everything but the tamper they make & can truthfully recommend them all, the true test to a company is if something goes wrong and how they deal with it under guarantees/warranties, I had a couple of issues years into using product and they no quibble sorted it all out as per there guarantees/warranties what more can you ask of a company. I have not been disapointed in any of my pruchases. Truly outstanding.
